David Mourato is a working 3D Character Animator whose self-propelled success story is an actionable model for anyone interested in becoming an animator. His award-winning thesis film was produced in partnership between RTF and the UT Portugal Program. Since then, he has honed his rigging and animation skills on numerous properties, including (but not limited to) League of Legends, Guild Wars 2, Horizon Zero Dawn, Destiny 2, even Magic the Gathering! His showreel is staggering.
