Texas Immersive Workshop: Snapchat Lens & Spectacles

November 19, 2021 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm CST

The second quarter of 2021 saw Snapchat daily active users rise to 293,000,000 worldwide, with a staggering 530,000,000 monthly active users. New features, filters, and organizations grace the social media platform daily, marking it as arguably one of the most important apps on a young person’s phone. TXI Teaching Assistant Ben and former student Jesse Easdon want to give you the low-down on how to leverage this platform for you and your brand or event!

Over the course of an hour, Ben and Jesse will take you through a number of subjects, including:

  • Starting a new Snapchat lens
  • Importing creative assets
  • Choosing the best format for you
  • Launching your next lens campaign

We’ll also take a look at the new Snapchat Spectacles, which overlay an AR world, hands-free, onto your field of view!

Texas Immersive Hands-On Workshops are offered the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month at 2 PM throughout the year, so keep your eye out for an upcoming workshop that may help you. They are also recorded and uploaded to our YouTube channel! Ever miss one you were really interested in? Check them out here!
